  1. Personalized performance information is provided to account holders as a general approximation of the overall recent performance of their account. It is calculated based on a formula which estimates the equivalent rate of return during the statement period, based on the opening balance, transaction activity and closing balance. The formula was reviewed by Advised Assets Group, LLC, a registered investment adviser.
  2. Because of the transaction activity in the account, overall performance may not equal individual performance returns published by the investment options in the plan. Past performance is not a guarantee or prediction of future investment results.
  3. Performance calculations will not include loan balance or investments in the Self Directed Brokerage account, if any.
  4. The Individual Rate of Return is a calculation based on all account activity between the selected dates. If you've selected the same dates as covered in a previous quarterly statement, this figure may not reflect the exact percentage return shown on your statement. Any difference may be the result of internal adjustments to your account that were processed between the statement date and the current date.
